Modern 2nd generation wood gasification boiler

The Eko Wood II is a 5th class wood gasifying boiler, which is most efficient at burning wood of 12 - 20% moisture content. The unit is equipped with a controller that operates two pumps and an exhaust fan.

According to current regulations, the boiler should be connected with a heat buffer. The capacity of the buffer depends on the power of the boiler.

The Eko Wood II wood gasification boiler is listed on the ZUM (Green Equipment and Materials) list and has dust emissions below 20 mg/m3 of flue gases thanks to which the boiler can receive the highest possible subsidy in the "Clean Air" program.

Eko Wood II

Wood gasification boiler of the 5th class allows you to heat your home cheaper than with eco-pea. ** Eko Wood boiler is included in the list of ZUM (Green Devices and Materials) by which you can get the highest possible subsidy for it from the Clean Air program.** Such a boiler has a very high efficiency and seasonal energy efficiency. Wood gasification boilers are designs that make the best use of the energy stored in biomass in the form of wood. Nearly 70% of the heat generated when burning hunks of wood comes from the volatile substances that are then formed. That's why class 5 wood gasification boilers achieve very high efficiency and energy efficiency ratings of 90%. The advantage of wood gasification boilers, including the Eko Wood boiler, is also relatively low environmental impact.

Combustion takes place in two chambers. In the first, upper one, the wood gasification process takes place, i.e. the initial combustion to achieve high temperatures and degas the fuel. In the second, lower one, the wood gas (Holzgas) is refined. This is how Stalmark's Eko Wood boiler works, which burns the gases that result from the thermal decomposition of wood with little oxygen.
